    The hotel had a great pool area with two pool bars, which was perfect for enjoying drinks and relaxing in the sun. The beach was stunning and offered amazing snorkeling opportunities, with a variety of fish and marine life to see. The hotel also provided a range of entertainment options, including foam parties and beach parties, which added to the fun atmosphere.

    The location of the hotel. The surrounding area had a lot of tourist shops that all seemed to sell the same souvenirs, and there was constant pressure to buy from the shopkeepers.

    Rooms and service were clean and staff were friendly. the hotel had a convenient location near popular tourist attractions.

    Some of the amenities were outdated and in need of renovation. the food selection was underwhelming and oftentimes lacked flavor.

    The hotel's location right by the beach is a major plus, allowing easy access to the beautiful Caribbean sea. the beach bar was also conveniently located, making it convenient to grab a refreshing drink before heading back to the sun loungers. the rooms were modern and comfortable, with well-maintained bathrooms offering his and her sinks and a walk-in rain shower. the friendly staff provided excellent service, always willing to assist with any requests. the breakfast buffet had a good selection and the variety of restaurants offered plenty of dining options.

    Some of the staff members were noted to be rude and unhelpful, which detracted from the overall experience.
